Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the Inbxer website and any managed Inbxer Cloud service you use. By creating a Cloud workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms. The self-hosted source code is governed separately by the MIT License included with the repository.
Accounts and responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for ensuring that your use of customer data complies with applicable law.
- Do not use the service to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or bypass service security.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Service and availability
Inbxer Cloud is currently described as an early-access service. Features may change before general availability. We aim to communicate material changes and planned maintenance clearly, but do not promise uninterrupted availability unless a separate written SLA says otherwise.
Fees and cancellation
Prices shown before purchase control your subscription. Paid plans renew for the stated billing period until cancelled. You may cancel before renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the service is terminated for a serious breach.
Your data
You retain all rights to data submitted to your workspace. You authorize Inbxer to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain that processing in more detail.
Intellectual property
The Inbxer name, website copy and branding remain protected. The software repository is licensed under MIT; that license grants the permissions and sets the conditions for using the open-source code.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties. Inbxer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid Cloud service is limited to fees paid for that service during the preceding 12 months.
